Weather & Cancellation Policies

404 Yachting reserves the right to cancel the Services if it deems, at its sole discretion, that the weather conditions are unsuitable for chartering, including but not limited to large waves, heavy rains, thunderstorms, heavy winds, or other adverse conditions. In such cases, Charterer may reschedule the Services within twelve (12) months of the original Rental Period, subject to availability, at no additional cost. Charterer acknowledges that weather conditions such as cloudy weather, light rain, or passing storms are considered suitable for chartering.

Cancellation by the Charterer for any reason more than three (3) days before the Rental Period, including if due to an event outside the control of the Charterer, shall entitle the Charterer to be rescheduled to an alternative date, subject to availability. However, if the cancellation occurs within two (2) days or less before the scheduled date, no refund shall be honored and  will automatically result in the loss of the total Fee. 

All requests for cancellations and changes must be made in writing via email to 404yachting@gmail.com by the Charterer. 

Please include the following information:

• Charterer’s full name
• Organization name (if applicable)
• Scheduled date and time of charter
• Specify the request for cancellation
• Reason for cancellation

***Please note that all rescheduled charters are exempt from the aforementioned cancellation schedule. Charterers may not reschedule a charter for a future date and cancel it 14 days or more in advance to receive a full refund.
